Qualifications

• Strong process background in a food manufacturing environment.
• Good problem-solving ability and map-driven approach.
• Experience with PLC basics and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of effluent treatment operations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support to drive value creation.
• Coach front-line team members to solve problems.
• Use PDCA to deliver real-time fixes.
• Observe process performance with engineering colleagues.
• Support ETP processes and waste management improvements.
