Pembrokeshire Creamery Ltd in Haverfordwest is seeking a proactive Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the engineering team in a fast-paced dairy processing environment. You will carry out reactive, predictive and preventative maintenance on processing and filling equipment, diagnose faults, and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Multi skilled engineer with FMCG experience.
HNC or apprenticeship in mechanical/electrical engineering.
Good judgement, professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
Desirable: dairy processing experience.
Desirable: CMMS/SCADA/HMIs proficiency.

Responsibilities

Deliver reactive, predictive and preventative maintenance schedules.
Maintain pumps, motors and valves; troubleshoot equipment.
Diagnose faults and repair mechanical/electrical components.
Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers for technical support.
Record work in maintenance system and report downtime.
Support continuous improvement and lifecycle initiatives.
