Job summary

Jellycat Toy Co. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Coordinator for the DACH region based in our London Head Offices. You will support Regional Sales Managers and independent retailers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement through delivery.

Responsibilities include managing orders, stock monitoring, coordinating samples, and maintaining accurate customer data while driving process improvements within the regional sales team.

Qualifications

• Fluent German language skills; additional European languages are advantageous.
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, administration, or coordination roles.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially with orders and customer data.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident in building relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or reporting systems (Power BI or Dynamics 365) is beneficial.
• Proactive, positive, and solution-focused approach.
• Genuine passion for the Jellycat brand and contributing to its success.

Responsibilities

• Support independent retail partners across the DACH region, building relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
• Manage customer orders, back orders and amendments with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor stock availability and allocations; provide updates and solutions to customers and sales teams.
• Keep customers and Regional Sales Managers informed on order status, deliveries and product availability.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are shipped correctly per requirements.
• Coordinate sample requests and check availability across multiple warehouse locations.
• Help organise customer events, meetings and regional sales activities.
• Maintain accurate customer information and records across internal systems.
• Contribute to process improvements and new ways of working to boost efficiency in the DACH sales function.
