Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management or technical support.
• Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new clients on Samba platform and provide ongoing hands-on support.
• Review campaign briefs, advise on targeting strategies, and monitor performance for optimisations.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with Product/Engineering as needed.
• Identify opportunities for platform adoption and upsell/cross-sell.
• Deliver strategic guidance and share market insights with clients.
