Job summary

Queen Square Recruitment is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Trainer to support adoption across finance teams within a large-scale transformation programme. Hybrid work model in Windsor with one day onsite per week, ASAP start for a 6-month contract.

You will design and deliver end-user training, develop learning materials, and drive business readiness. Strong D365 F&O and finance process knowledge, plus experience creating user guides and supporting UAT, are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years delivering ERP or D365 training.
• Strong D365 F&O experience.
• Experience creating training materials and user documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver D365 F&O end-user training programmes.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual and classroom-based training sessions.
• Create and maintain User Guides, SOPs, Quick Reference Guides, Training Presentations, Process Maps, Knowledge Articles, Learning Materials.
• Deliver role-based training across GL, AP, AR, Subscription Billing, Cash & Bank Management, Budgeting & Financial Reporting.
• Assist with UAT preparation and execution.
• Drive business readiness and user adoption activities.
• Support go-live and hypercare periods.

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Trainer to support the successful adoption of D365 F&O across Finance teams within a large-scale transformation programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for a training professional with strong D365 F&O and Finance process knowledge who enjoys delivering engaging training programmes, developing learning materials, and driving business readiness activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver D365 F&O end-user training programmes
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual and classroom-based training sessions
• Create and maintain User Guides, SOPs, Quick Reference Guides, Training Presentations, Process Maps, Knowledge Articles, Learning Materials
• Deliver role-based training across: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Subscription Billing, Cash & Bank Management, Budgeting & Financial Reporting
• Assist with UAT preparation and execution
• Drive business readiness and user adoption activities
• Support go-live and hypercare periods

Required Experience

• 3-5+ years delivering ERP or D365 training programmes
• Strong experience within D365 Finance & Operations environments
• Good understanding of Finance business processes
• Experience creating training materials and user documentation
• Experience supporting UAT and business readiness activities
