Job summary

REAL Technical Solutions in Uxbridge, West London, seeks an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Application Support Engineer (Level 2) to join our International ERP Team. Salary is £40,000–£45,000 with excellent benefits and a 3-day office week.

You will provide ERP support across Europe and APAC, analyse tickets, perform hands-on system configurations, train users, and document best practices, while staying current with D365 standards and cloud-based enhancements.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of D365 F&O support experience including order processing.
• Proven knowledge of business processes in sales and distribution.
• Fluent English; another European language is a plus.
• D365 Retail/Commerce knowledge desired.
• Microsoft certification for D365 F&O desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide ERP support for international markets in Europe and APAC.
• Analyse tickets raised by international users and determine solutions.
• Carry out hands-on work in system setups and configurations.
• Provide user training and documentation to reduce errors.
• Support continuous training of business users.
• Document processes, guidelines, and best practices.
