D365 F&O Solution Architect

Hybrid - Remote/London

Our client, a global Facilities Management company with an ambitious M&A growth strategy, are on the lookout for a D365 F&O Solution Architect to help shape the digital backbone of the evolving business. As the D365 F&O Solution Architect, you'll play a critical role in delivering scalable, secure, and future-proof Dynamics 365 solutions across global operations, to replace a variety of current applications. This is a strategic and hands-on role working within a high-impact transformation team, enabling seamless integration of new acquisitions and optimising core business processes.

Requirements:

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
• Translate complex business needs into robust, scalable D365 F&O solutions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver multi-entity rollouts.
• Define integration approaches for finance, procurement, supply chain, and HR modules.
• Ensure alignment with long-term IT and business strategies, particularly in a dynamic M&A environment.

Experience:

• Proven experience delivering complex D365 Finance & Operations solutions in a large-scale or global business.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, change-heavy environments with ongoing M&A activity.
• Confident working with C-suite and business leads to drive value from technology.
• Microsoft certifications and experience in multi-country rollouts a strong plus.
