Job description

Minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/FSCM/AX and 3-4 End-to-End D365 FO implementations.

Role: Senior Consultant / Solution Architect

Ability to lead a team of Functional and Technical consultants through design, development, and implementation of solutions.

Desirable modules experience includes: Finance, Inventory and Warehouse Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Production, Engineering Change Management, Master Planning, and Production Control.

Good understanding of process industry manufacturing, planning optimization, contract manufacturing, demand and supply forecasting, with ability to configure BOMs, formulas, and production costing (costing sheets & versions).

Experience working with contract manufacturers and third-party logistics providers.

Strong functional consulting skills covering requirement gathering, fitment analysis, functional design, integration testing, user acceptance testing, training, and hyper-care support.

Exposure to Go-Live issues and troubleshooting is preferred.

Knowledge of D365 FO/FSCM/AX interoperability with MS Office, Office 365, SharePoint, Azure, and MS BI Stack.

Ability to work independently and in team environments.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Experience managing teams of 6-10 members.

Flexibility to work onsite, nearshore, or offshore.

Preferred additional skills include planning and prioritization.

At least 10 years of experience in capturing requirements, documenting, and mapping current business processes.

At least 10 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on architecture, design, and process detailing.

Management experience is a plus.

Willingness to work in a management consulting environment with regular travel.
