Zusammenfassung

Rotork is seeking an Implementation Manager on a 9-month contract to lead the France D365 deployment. You will develop detailed implementation and cutover plans, align multiple functions, and ensure readiness from go-live through early adoption.

Role requires fluent French, strong ERP deployment experience, and willingness to travel to France. Collaboration with central programme and site teams is essential for success.

Qualifikationen

Proven track record delivering ERP deployments across engineering, design and manufacturing.
Ability to manage large, multi-work-stream programs.
Strong application of project management: scope, schedule, costs, quality, HR, communications and risk.
Fluent in French; able to travel regularly to France.

Aufgaben

Develop and own the end-to-end France D365 deployment plan.
Coordinate site-level readiness across Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Contracts, HR, and Finance.
Own cutover planning, runbooks and readiness activities.
Interface between central programme and local site teams for timelines and issue resolution.
Define risk, assumptions, issues, dependencies (RAID) and escalate when needed.
Coordinate governance, readiness checkpoints and go-live support.
Support change management with communications, training, and knowledge transfer.
Track KPIs blending programme and operations metrics.
Capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
