Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with CE and Power Platform expertise to design, develop, customise, and support enterprise CRM solutions for global customers.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants and solution architects, delivering Plugins, Power Apps, Power Automate, REST API integrations and robust CI/CD pipelines in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on development experience in Dynamics 365 CE.
• Experience delivering enterprise CRM implementations and support.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customise Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
• Create and maintain Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and Web APIs.
• Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles.
• Build Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas Apps), Power Automate workflows, and Power Pages solutions.
• Design and implement integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and REST APIs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
• Support CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps and Git repositories.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support activities.
• Produce technical design documentation and contribute to solution design discussions.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customising, and supporting enterprise CRM solutions while working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and solution architects.
