Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain CRM solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and functional consultants to deliver scalable and high-quality CRM applications.

Responsibilities include building plugins and workflows, configuring Dataverse entities, and developing Power Apps/Power Automate components, while integrating with external systems through APIs and Azure services.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CE CRM implementations and customization.
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain CRM solutions.
• Experience building plugins and custom workflows in C#/.NET.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate) and Dataverse.
• Exposure to API integration, Web API, and Azure services.

Looking for a Dynamics 365 CE Developer who is responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and functional consultants to deliver scalable and high-quality CRM applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customise Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) solutions
• Build and maintain:
• Plugins and custom workflows (C#/.NET)
• PCF controls, Custom Action, Custom API, Web API , REST services
• Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules
• Develop Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dataverse
• Develop integrations with external systems using APIs and Azure services
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
• Exposure to Copilot Studio agents and Azure Foundry framework
• Extend Dataverse using SDK and Web API.
• Understanding of:
• CRM processes (Customer Service)
• Business workflows and automation
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs
