Job summary

Cognizant in Leeds is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to design, develop, and customise enterprise CRM solutions for our clients.

You will work with business stakeholders, solution architects, and Agile teams to deliver integration and automation using Power Platform, Azure services, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on Dynamics 365 CE development.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience delivering enterprise CRM implementations and support engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customise Dynamics 365 CE apps (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
• Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles.
• Build Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas), Power Automate workflows, and Power Pages.
• Design and implement integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and REST APIs.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives.
• Support CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps and Git repositories.
• Produce technical design documentation and contribute to solution design discussions.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customising, and supporting enterprise CRM solutions while working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and solution architects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customise Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
• Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security roles.
• Build Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps), Power Automate workflows, and Power Pages solutions.
• Design and implement integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and REST APIs.
