Home-based with travel to client sites or Columbus offices as required

Salary:

Negotiable (We aim to improve your current package)

• Participate in pre-sale activities, including scoping and proof of concept demonstrations.
• Oversee technical work to ensure best practices and quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members and validate their work.
• Review and approve technical designs and solutions.
• Analyze and design customer requirements on complex projects.
• Conduct requirements workshops and advise on data migration and integration.

Travel and Hybrid Working:

Candidate Profile (The Essentials):

• Certifications: PL-400, PL-600
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM versions 2011-2016, D365
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, HTML, VB, .Net, SQL Server
• Experience across all project phases, stakeholder management, and customization.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access.
