Job summary

SF Partners is seeking a D365 Business Applications Manager to own the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and shape its future. The role combines functional D365 expertise with product ownership and active stakeholder engagement.

You will drive adoption, manage the roadmap, and lead improvements across Sales, Customer Service, Power Pages, and Customer Voice, with hybrid on-site and remote work and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience owning business applications, ideally including Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong functional knowledge of D365.
• Experience owning product roadmaps, requirements and system improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service, managing the product roadmap, enhancements and ongoing development.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements and deliver improvements.
• Drive user adoption and help operational teams understand the value of new functionality.
• Manage the wider applications portfolio, including Power Pages and Customer Voice.
• Support future introduction of Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Collaborate with external partners to deliver system enhancements and integrations.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
