Color Wow, part of L’Oréal's Professional Products Division, is seeking a commercially minded D2C CRM & Merchandising Manager to own CRM, retention and onsite merchandising for our Color Wow storefront. You will design seamless journeys that convert, retain and grow customer value across email, SMS and onsite experiences.

You will manage the CRM calendar, seasonal campaigns, product launches and automated journeys, turning consumer insight and trading opportunities into personalised, premium

Qualifikationen

Experience leading CRM, lifecycle management and digital merchandising for D2C ecommerce.
Ability to translate brand priorities into personalised consumer journeys.
Strong data, testing and insights to drive growth.

Aufgaben

Define and own the integrated CRM, retention and D2C merchandising strategy.
Own the CRM calendar, lifecycle programmes and onsite content for product launches and campaigns.
Turn consumer behaviour and trading opportunities into personalised email, SMS and onsite experiences.
Collaborate with Brand and Creative to deliver premium digital experiences.
Develop hypotheses and test-and-learn plans to improve conversion and AOV.
