The D-Day Museum is seeking a hands-on Manager to lead daily operations, welcome visitors and bring the collection to life. You’ll coordinate volunteers, support events and look for new ways to attract more visitors and generate income.

The role focuses on delivering an outstanding visitor experience, leading a motivated team and driving commercial opportunities while ensuring safety and care of the collections.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience, including volunteers.
• Strong focus on visitor experience and storytelling.
• Commercial mindset with ability to drive events and income.
• Ability to organise and coordinate schedules and rotas.
• Interest in military history and the D-Day era is advantageous.

Responsibilities
