Job summary

Agincare is seeking a hands-on D-Day Museum Manager to lead the day-to-day operation, warmly welcome visitors and bring the stories behind the collection to life, especially at weekends.

You will recruit, support and supervise volunteers, coordinate events and exhibitions, drive income growth, and ensure health and safety, safeguarding, and careful care of the collections. A commercial mindset and leadership experience in visitor-focused settings are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in museum or visitor attraction leadership preferred.
• Strong people management and customer service skills.
• Commercial mindset with ability to grow visitor numbers and income.

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the museum
