Job summary

Leisure Lakes Bikes in Cheltenham is hiring a proactive, customer-focused technician to join our team. The role blends bicycle workshop duties with on-floor sales, using workshop management software to book service orders, manage customer records and schedules.

You should hold Cytech Level 2 or higher, be computer-literate, and able to work well in a team and independently when needed. Competitive pay, weekend flexibility, and 28 days holiday are offered.

Qualifications

• Cytech Level 2 or 3 qualification preferred; training provided.
• Experience in a workshop environment desirable.
• General IT competency to use computer programs and databases.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Assist sales staff on the shop floor when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product advice on the shop floor.
• Help riders find the right cycling solutions.
• Use workshop management software to manage bookings and records.
• Support day-to-day store operations in a busy environment.
