Job summary

Leaders In Care has partnered with a clinician-led community provider to recruit a CYP Speech & Language Therapist. You will lead specialist assessments, interpret evidence from families, schools, and professionals, and contribute to MDT diagnostic formulation to support children’s communication and participation.

Applicants must hold HCPC registration and have post-qualification experience in paediatric, CAMHS or neurodevelopmental services.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist (SLT).
• Paediatric, CAMHS or neurodevelopmental service experience preferred.
• Experience conducting CYP diagnostic pathway assessments.

• Complete specialist speech, language and communication assessments.
• Gather and analyse evidence from families, schools and professionals.

Bring your communication expertise into diagnostic practice as a CYP Speech & Language Therapist. This Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist role allows you to influence autism and ADHD assessments through specialist clinical reasoning.

As a CYP Speech & Language Therapist, you will join a stable multidisciplinary workforce supported by robust clinical leadership, clear governance and regular professional oversight. This structure helps clinicians deliver consistent assessments, reliable recommendations and successful outcomes for children, families and end clients.

Package & Benefits

• £45,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Permanent full-time or part-time contract.
• Agreed hybrid working arrangements.
