Job summary

Service Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Speech & Language Therapist (Neurodevelopmental) for hybrid work with on-site clinics in NR3 1YE. You will conduct neurodevelopmental assessments, interview developmental histories via Zoom, and contribute to MDT discussions. Aimed at professionals with HCPC registration and autism/ADHD assessment experience.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration as SLT or OT with eligibility to work in the UK.
• Experience conducting autism/ADHD diagnostic assessments (children and/or adults).
• Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria for autism/ADHD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face observations as part of neurodevelopmental assessments.
• Perform remote developmental history interviews via Zoom.
• Participate in MDT diagnostic discussions with senior support as needed.
• Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic reports with smart tools.
• Manage caseload to meet KPIs; provide supervision where applicable.
• Travel to clinic bases for in-person assessments.

PERMANENT Speech & Language Therapist – ADHD/Autism/Dyslexia/Dyscalculia Hybrid – On site clincs at NR3 1YE Salary - £30,000 to £56,000 DOE Service Care Solutions are proud to be recruiting for a Speech & Language Therapist (Neurodevelopmental) on behalf of a leading independent provider of autism and ADHD assessments across the UK. This innovative service delivers high-quality, evidence-based neurodevelopmental assessments for children, young people and adults through both NHS-funded and private pathways. Through Service Care Solutions, you’ll join a passionate multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering timely, accurate diagnoses and improving long-term outcomes for families. The organisation is committed to clinical excellence and clinician wellbeing, equipping staff with cutting-edge digital systems, smart report-writing tools and in-house IT support to reduce administrative burden and enhance clinical impact.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face structured observations as part of neurodevelopmental assessments
• Complete remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom
• Participate in collaborative MDT diagnostic discussions (with senior support where required)
• Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families
• Produce accurate, high-quality diagnostic reports using smart report-writing tools
• Meet service KPIs through effective caseload management
• Provide clinical supervision where applicable
• Travel to clinic bases for in-person assessments (hybrid roles)

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year’s professional registration with HCPC – Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist
• At least 6 months experience conducting autism and/or ADHD diagnostic assessments with adults and/or children
• Strong understanding of differential diagnosis in neurodevelopmental presentations
• In-depth knowledge of DSM-5 criteria for autism and ADHD
• Experience using tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R or equivalent
• Eligibility to work in the UK
