Job summary

Leaders In Care Ltd is seeking a CYP Occupational Therapist to contribute to neurodevelopmental assessments within autism and ADHD pathways. You will work with a supportive MDT, performing functional and sensory assessments and producing actionable recommendations for children and families.

The role offers full-time or part-time permanent hours with hybrid working and a focus on meaningful family impact.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist is required.
• Significant post-qualification paediatric experience in CAMHS or neurodevelopmental services is expected.
• Experience completing functional or sensory assessments within CYP pathways is desirable.

• Gather evidence from families, education settings and clinical records.

Use your paediatric OT expertise to shape better diagnostic outcomes as a CYP Occupational Therapist. This Occupational Therapist Assessor role focuses on understanding how sensory processing and functional needs affect children’s everyday lives.

You will have clinical autonomy within a supportive MDT, with full-time or part-time options and agreed hybrid working. As a CYP Occupational Therapist, your professional judgement will directly inform evidence-based decisions.

Package & Benefits

• £45,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Permanent full-time or part-time hours, Monday to Friday.
