East London NHS Foundation Trust is offering a CYP-Psychological Therapies Trainee post within the CAMHS Neurodevelopmental Team, funded by NHSE and delivered in partnership with Anna Freud Centre and University College London.

This fixed-term, 1-year post supports a dual application process for the CYP-PT training course, with eligibility linked to the UCL programme and course requirements. The role involves training alongside service duties and collaboration with multiple agencies.

Qualificações

• Minimum second-class Bachelor’s degree from a UK university or equivalent in a relevant subject (e.g. Psychology, Social Work, Nursing).
• Two years of relevant full-time equivalent therapeutic experience in a mental health setting.
• Postgraduate training in a relevant area of professional psychology, health and social care practice.
• Completed MSc/PhD in child mental health/child development.

Responsabilidades

• Support the dual application process for the CYP-PST Trainee role and liaise with the UCL Course Team.
• Work within an NHSE-funded 1-year post to help implement new or expanded specialist pathways.
• Engage in multi-agency collaboration and teach CAMHS concepts to professionals.
