Hertfordshire Mind is recruiting a Mental Health Support Coordinator for the Herts Haven Café in Ware. The role focuses on drop-in mental health support for CYP aged 10-18, delivering brief interventions and signposting where needed.

You will supervise the café alongside a colleague and volunteers, ensuring a warm, non-judgemental environment. The post requires person-centred practice, risk management, and collaboration with partner agencies to support crisis pathways.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Herts Haven Cafe service during opening hours.
• Deliver 1:1 and group mental health support interventions.
• Provide signposting information and referrals for ongoing support.
• Maintain a person-centred, welcoming space for CYP aged 10-18.
• Create and review risk assessments, wellness and crisis plans.
