Care In Mind in Bromborough is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker to join our team supporting young people aged 16-30. You will assist with daily living, education, shopping, and building independent living skills, in a safe, therapeutic home environment.

Shift patterns include early, late, early/late and waking night; weekend work and bank holidays are required. Full training is provided, and a car driver is preferred. Salary per annum is £26,227.50 to £27,378, depending on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
• Ability to write basic reports and record information accurately.
• Basic IT skills: computer work, forms, care system, emails.
• Good verbal communication and listening skills.
• Maintain professional working boundaries and de-escalate emergencies.

Aufgaben

• Support young people with daily living skills (education, shopping, meal prep).
• Assist in building independent living skills and hobbies within a homely environment.
• Record online care records and manage medication administration.
• Support activities outside the home (clubs, cinema, meals out).
• Participate in incident de-escalation and audits as required.
