East London NHS Foundation Trust is offering a CYP Psychological Therapy Trainee position within the Early Years (age 3-5) modality. The role is part of the NHSE funded CYP Psychological Training Programmes, a one-year full-time placement with salary and training costs covered.

The post holder will work in the 0-5 Parent-Infant Relationship Team within Luton Specialist CAMHS, collaborating across services to support families and children and apply learning to clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum second-class Bachelor's Degree from a UK University or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard in a relevant subject (e.g. psychology, social work).
• Applicants with relevant professional experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Responsabilités

• Work within Luton Specialist CAMHS in the 0-5 Parent-Infant Relationship Team.
• Collaborate with partner organisations to promote positive parent-infant relationships and emotional wellbeing.
• Bridge gaps in CYP mental health service delivery through the NHSE funded training programme.
• Apply learning from weekly teaching to practical clinical interventions with clients.
• Support babies, young children and their families across the 0-5 age range in development and wellbeing.
