Job summary

Manpower seeks a Class 2 ADR driver to join its Dartford team, delivering gas cylinders and providing excellent customer service. The role emphasizes safe operations, compliance with hours regulations and multi-drop routes, with some manual handling involved.

The position offers a structured schedule, with 7am–4pm shifts on weekdays and occasional Saturdays, plus overtime as required. Training and on-site parking are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold Valid Cat C driving licence, Digi card, DCPC card.
• ADR licence in class 2 in packages.

Competitive Pay: Earn £19.41 per hour, guaranteed 42.5 hours per week, overtime rates of £29.12 Weekends paid at £29.12 Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.

Flexible Shifts: Monday to Friday with some Saturdays in busy times. The hours of work will be around the hours of 7am - 4pm. Some overtime is required.

Requirements:

• Valid Cat C driving licence, Digi card, DCPC card
• ADR licence in class 2 in packages
• Familiarity with drivers' hours legislation and tachographs.

Details:

• New / inexperienced drivers who hold the relevant licences will be considered
• The role is due to start immediately and will run until April 2027 when it will be reviewed
• For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience, should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
