Job summary

Manpower is seeking a Class 2 ADR driver for a role in Bury Saint Edmunds. You will deliver gas cylinders, ensuring safe, professional operations and excellent customer service.

The position offers competitive pay (£18.29/h), guaranteed 42.5 hours weekly, and overtime at £27.44/h, with 28 days holiday increasing with service and access to MyPath online training.

Qualifications

• Valid Cat C driving licence, Digi card and DCPC card.
• ADR Class 2 licence for packages.
• Familiarity with drivers' hours legislation and tachographs.

Job description

Competitive Pay: Earn £18.29 per hour, guaranteed 42.5 hours per week, overtime rates of £27.44 Weekends paid at £27.44 Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.

Yearly Bonuses: Performance-based bonus of up to £1000 twice a year

Flexible Shifts: Monday to Friday with some Saturdays in busy times. The hours of work will be around the hours of 7am - 5pm. Some overtime is required.

Requirements:

• ADR licence in class 2 in packages

Details:

• New / inexperienced drivers who hold the relevant licences will be considered
• The role is due to start immediately and will run until the end of April 2027 when it will be reviewed
• For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience, should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
