Job summary

Manpower UK is recruiting a Cylinder Driver (Class 2 ADR) for the Dartford area. The role offers competitive pay (£19.41/hr) with guaranteed 42.5 hours weekly and overtime. Weekends paid at the overtime rate, with a 7am–4pm window on weekdays and occasional Saturdays.

Benefits include 28 days holiday with service, on-site parking, PPE, and access to training via MyPath. Start date is immediate, with contract through April 2027 and insanely strict driving standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Cat C driving licence, Digi card and DCPC card.
• ADR Class 2 licence in packages.
• Familiarity with drivers' hours legislation and tachographs.
• No more than 6 penalty points; no DD/DR convictions in last year.

Cylinder Driver - Class 2 ADR Driver - Dartford

Are you a Class 2 ADR driver seeking a new opportunity? Join our client's team at Dartford and enjoy:

Competitive Pay: Earn £19.41 per hour, guaranteed 42.5 hours per week, overtime rates of £29.12 Weekends paid at £29.12 Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.

Yearly Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses twice a year

Flexible Shifts: Monday to Friday with some Saturdays in busy times. The hours of work will be around the hours of 7am - 4pm. Some overtime is required.

Details:

• New / inexperienced drivers who hold the relevant licences will be considered
• The role is due to start immediately and will run until April 2027 when it will be reviewed
• For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience, should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
