Job summary

Manpower currently seeks a Class 2 ADR driver for Newbury. You will perform multi‑drop deliveries of gas cylinders, deliver outstanding customer service and maintain safe, compliant operations in line with client standards.

Pay is £17.70 per hour, guaranteed 42.5 hours per week with overtime at £26.55 and weekends paid at £26.55. Benefits include 28 days holiday, free on‑site parking, PPE, comprehensive training, and access to Manpower MyPath courses.

Qualifications

• Cat C driving licence with Digi card and DCPC
• ADR licence class 2 for gas cylinder deliveries
• Familiarity with drivers' hours legislation and tachographs
• Clean driving record with no DD/DR convictions in the last year

Flexible Shifts:

Monday to Friday with some Saturdays in busy times. The hours of work will be around the hours of 7am - 5pm. Some overtime is required.

Requirements:

• Valid Cat C driving licence, Digi card, DCPC card
• ADR licence in class 2 in packages
• Familiarity with drivers' hours legislation and tachographs.

Details:

• New / inexperienced drivers who hold the relevant licences will be considered
• The role is due to start immediately and will run until April 2027 when it will be reviewed
• For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience, should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
