Responsibilities

• Perform service and repair work independently and assist in developing team members.

Ideal Candidate

Experience in retail or cycle services is preferred, but practical skills and excellent customer service are essential. We provide training to support your career development, whether in retail or other areas of the company.

Requirements

• Experience with service, building, and repair of cycles.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service in a retail or cycle environment.
• Ability to share expertise and work towards sales targets.
• Availability to work on a rota, including weekends.
