Job summary

Assure Technical in Malvern is seeking an IT & Cyber Support Trainee to start a career with the UK’s trusted cybersecurity partner. This graduate apprenticeship role delivers first-line IT support, client account setup, and assistance with Cyber Essentials compliance.

Full comprehensive training is provided, with a probation period, and opportunities to map a cybersecurity career path via funded Degree Apprenticeships and industry qualifications, including Cyber Essentials and related schemes.

Qualifications

• 5+ GCSEs including Maths and English, plus IT-related qualification would help.
• A-Level or equivalent in IT/Computing or a related discipline is preferred.
• Demonstrable interest in cybersecurity and networks is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line IT support and assist with client on-boarding, accounts, and basic issue resolution.
• Support consultants on cyber certifications and audits, and help maintain security posture.
