Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Cybersecurity Delivery Lead to drive high-impact cybersecurity initiatives across Privileged Access Management, IGA, IAA, and Data Protection. You will lead global teams and partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver complex programs on time and within budget.

Ideally you bring 10+ years in financial services with 5+ years leading security-focused projects, strong communication, and a delivery mindset to navigate a highly matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Ten years of overall experience including in Financial Services, with at least five years leading high-visibility technology projects.
• Cybersecurity project management experience—IAM (PAM, IGA, IAA), data protection, security operations, or attack surface management.
• Experience in a matrixed organization with stakeholder management, communication, and delivery discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead global teams to drive strategic cybersecurity projects and programs.
• Partner with stakeholders to define benefits and ensure successful outcomes through delivery.
• Identify, assess and manage risks, issues and dependencies to ensure project success.
• Develop schedules, estimates and resource plans aligned with delivery methodologies and governance.
• Provide status reports and maintain project artifacts and governance compliance.
