Job summary

Sophos is seeking a proactive Sales/BD professional to own a UK territory, building pipeline through customer, prospect and channel-partner engagement. You will identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and manage a funnel of inbound leads while ensuring responses meet SLAs.

You will process quotes and licensing requests, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to move opportunities forward, delivering top‑tier customer and partner experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or a customer-facing commercial role.
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of territory and build pipeline through customer, prospect and channel-partner engagement.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the Sophos portfolio.
• Manage a funnel of inbound leads and prioritise responses in line with SLAs.
• Process quotes, deal registrations, licensing requests and other sales tasks.
• Understand end-to-end deal process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to progress opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track conversations and decisions.
• Achieve sales goals across calls, emails, tasks and other activity.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer and partner experience.
