Seetec in the United Kingdom is hiring a Cyber Security Lead to shape and execute our security strategy within the IT Services team. Based in Hockley with hybrid or remote options, you will drive governance, policy, and risk reduction across the organization while aligning with business objectives.

You will lead the cyber security roadmap, oversee vulnerability management, SOC activities, and incident response, while developing the Cyber Security Engineer role and mentoring the security team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading cyber security programs.
• Experience with governance, risk management and incident response.
• Strategic and hands-on security leadership and mentoring ability.
