Job summary

La Fosse is seeking a Cyber Security Lead to own and develop its cyber security capability. You will define the security roadmap, improve maturity, and drive compliance initiatives while remaining hands-on on technical activities.

Reporting to senior technology leadership, you will partner with internal stakeholders and external security providers to strengthen the organisation’s security posture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience defining cyber security strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience driving compliance with ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials+, NIST and GDPR.
• Strong track record in security risk management and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the cyber security strategy and roadmap.
• Drive compliance activities across ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials+, NIST and GDPR.
• Lead security risk management activities and remediation programmes.
• Own technical security activities within the organisation.
• Manage relationships with 3rd party suppliers.
• Deliver security awareness initiatives and report performance to senior stakeholders.
