Job summary

La Fosse is seeking a Cyber Security Lead to own and develop its cyber security capability. You will define the security roadmap, improve maturity, and drive compliance initiatives while remaining hands-on on technical activities.

Reporting to senior technology leadership, you will partner with internal stakeholders and external security providers to strengthen the organisation’s security posture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience defining cyber security strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience driving compliance with ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials+, NIST and GDPR.
• Strong track record in security risk management and remediation.

We're supporting a growing organisation in the search for a Cyber Security Lead to take ownership of and develop its cyber security capability.

This is an opportunity to join a business in a newly created role where you'll be responsible for defining the security roadmap, improving security maturity, driving compliance initiatives while remaining hands-on across some technical activities.

Reporting into senior technology leadership, you'll act as the organisation's cyber security subject matter expert, partnering with both internal stakeholders and external security providers to strengthen the overall security posture of the business.

You’ll be a good fit if you have experience with:
