BT Group is recruiting a Service Design Specialist within Cyber Security across the UK, with locations including Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, London and Manchester. The role requires SC clearance and at least five years of UK work history.

You will lead LLSD governance, translating contractual, business and technical requirements into robust, scalable service designs. You will collaborate with project, operational, architectural and customer stakeholders to drive continuous improvement,

• Expert ability to define, govern and translate business and technical requirements into operational service designs.

Responsabilités

• Lead the creation, governance and improvement of Low Level Service Designs (LLSDs).
• Provide service design leadership across technical, operational and customer groups.
• Ensure artefacts are accurate, complete and aligned to business objectives.
• Drive mobilisation, transition activities and compliance with BT Security governance.
