Job summary

Deltra Group is seeking a Cyber Security Programme Manager to lead a major transformation across cyber, digital and OT environments. The role focuses on providing structure, prioritisation and governance to a complex portfolio of initiatives, with oversight of risks, budgets and dependencies.

You will work with senior stakeholders to align priorities, manage suppliers and ensure regulatory actions are addressed, while leading a small team of project managers.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex cyber security programmes in a large enterprise.
• Ability to translate cyber risks into business impact and priorities.
• Familiar with CAF, NIS, CIS Controls, ISO 27001 or NIST.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen a significant cyber transformation programme.
• Establish programme plans, budgets, reporting and governance.
• Oversee suppliers and security partners; manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
• Collaborate with security leadership and senior stakeholders to align priorities.
