Job summary

Deltra Group is seeking a Cyber Security Programme Manager to lead a significant cyber transformation programme across cyber, digital, OT and business teams. You will establish programme plans, budgets, reporting and governance, with oversight of risks, issues, dependencies and change control, while aligning priorities with senior security leadership.

You will oversee suppliers and security partners, address audit and regulatory actions, and guide a small team of project managers in a pragmatic,

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex cyber security programmes or major technology projects in a large enterprise.
• Strong programme governance, financial, risk, change-control and supplier-management skills.
• Able to explain technical cyber risks in terms of business impact and priorities, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with cyber frameworks such as CAF, NIS, CIS Controls, ISO 27001 or NIST.
• Experience in regulated environments; IT and OT exposure is valuable.
• Programme management qualifications such as PRINCE2 and SAFe, Scrum Master or equivalent.
