Job summary

SEP2, a UK cyber security specialist, seeks a Presales Executive to act as the technical subject matter expert during the customer engagement lifecycle. You will collaborate with Commercial Sales, Account Executives and Vendor Alliance leads to discover challenges, scope tailored security solutions, and drive successful Proof of Concepts (POCs).

This hybrid Leeds-based role focuses on the Wingman Managed Services Suite, Google SecOps, and partner technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical presales, security consulting, or systems engineering in MSSP/VAR/vendor spaces.
• Proven ability to scope security solutions and lead POCs.
• Knowledge of SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, and cloud security tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyse security architecture and requirements in customer engagements.
• Design and articulate robust managed security solutions aligned with Wingman & Google SecOps.
• Deliver product demos and manage end-to-end POCs with clear success criteria.
• Lead technical responses for RFPs/RFIs and assist pricing documentation.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners for joint opportunities and enablement.
