Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Cyber Engineer to join our Cyber Security team. You will design, implement, and maintain security technologies across enterprise systems, partnering with SOC, network, infrastructure, and cloud teams to embed best practices and strengthen defences.

You will lead monitoring, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, and data protection initiatives, while coordinating with external vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver upgrades and improvements to security

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Cyber Security, Computer Science or related field.
Experience implementing and maintaining enterprise cyber security technologies in regulated environments.
Ability to obtain and maintain UK Security Clearance (SC).
Experience with security monitoring, detection, and response capabilities.

Responsibilities

Administer, maintain, and enhance cyber security technologies across the enterprise.
Design, implement, and maintain security controls aligned with regulatory requirements.
Support security monitoring, detection, and response capabilities across networks and endpoints.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to upgrade and improve security platforms.
Produce reports on platform availability, risks, vulnerabilities, and improvements.
