Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a technically strong Cyber Security Engineer in the Digital Technologies team. This role offers a clear growth pathway into security architecture, working closely with experienced security architects and engineers to build secure systems.

You will develop skills across networking, OS, IAM concepts, and cloud fundamentals while applying security tooling and HM Government security requirements. The opportunity supports remote, hybrid, and site-based working.

Qualifications

• Experience in cyber security, infrastructure, or systems engineering.
• Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, firewalls, segmentation) and OS (Windows/Linux).
• Knowledge of IAM concepts and cloud fundamentals.
• Exposure to security tooling (SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR).
• Understanding of core security principles and secure design for HM Government requirements.
