- Partner with engineering, DevOps, clinical safety and third-party teams to embed security by design
- Run risk assessments, vulnerability scans and threat modelling for new products and features
- Monitor emerging threats, zero-day vulnerabilities and new CVEs, and assess their impact on the business
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, performing root cause analysis and recommending improvements
- Support compliance and assurance activity against healthcare and industry standards
- Provide security guidance on new technologies, integrations and strategic initiatives
- Mentor colleagues and help raise security awareness across the business
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Cyber Security Engineer or in a similar senior technical security role
- Strong understanding of network, infrastructure, cloud and application security principles
- Hands-on experience configuring and managing cloud security tools and IAM solutions
- Practical experience with EDR, SIEM and vulnerability management platforms
- Experience in risk assessment, incident response and vulnerability management

- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, AZ-500 or AWS Security Specialty would be desirable
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security issues to non-technical audiences
- Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
What's On Offer
- Hybrid working in London, with 2 days on site
- Initial contract of 12 months, with strong potential for extension
- Mission-driven work protecting patient data and improving healthcare outcomes
- Modern security tooling and a genuinely cloud-first environment
- Collaborative, supportive team with real influence on security strategy
