Job summary

You will develop and deliver the cyber security education and behaviour-change strategy, turning complex risks into accessible training that helps staff and students make safer decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading education, awareness or behaviour-change programmes in large organisations.
• Ability to translate technical security concepts into accessible training.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders across departments.
• Strong data analysis to evaluate programme effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the University's cyber security education and awareness strategy.
• Lead campaigns and training to improve safe behaviour across staff and students.
• Collaborate with academics, professional services and technical teams to promote secure practices.
• Monitor impact using phishing simulations and engagement metrics to drive improvements.
