Regent’s University London invites applications for a Head of Information Security to protect the university’s security posture, risk and policy, and to hold the organisation to account for compliance. You will lead a lean cyber function, delivering a unified security strategy across cyber, privacy and continuity, and co-chair the Data Privacy and Information Security Group.

You will need a track record of running organisation-wide security education and awareness, establishing certifications

Qualifications

• Experience in managing security posture, risk and policy in a complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Own the institution's security posture, risk and policy and ensure compliance.
• Lead a lean cyber function through influence and relationship-building.
• Co-chair Data Privacy and Information Security Group and work with the Data Protection Officer.
