Job summary

The University of Oxford invites applications for 3 Cyber Security Delivery Partners to work with divisional leadership and central Cyber Security teams. Location: Oxford offices with hybrid working possible (minimum 2 days on site per week).

Qualifications

Strong experience in cyber security, information security, risk, or assurance.
Experience partnering with business and technology teams in complex organisations.
Good understanding of cyber risks, governance, controls, and compliance.
Ability to translate security requirements into practical actions and outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC are desirable.

Responsibilities

Act as the main cyber security contact for the division, translating strategy into practical delivery plans.
Support the implementation of security controls and coordinate remediation activity.
Manage divisional cyber risks and issues, ensuring security across division and technology change.
Support audits, assurance activity, incident response follow-up, and continuous improvement in cyber maturity.
Lead day-to-day management of the division's cyber security team.
