About the role

This role will provide day-to-day support for cyber security delivery activities, helping the Cyber Security Delivery Partner to track actions, maintain governance and reporting, support remediation activity, and assist with embedding security requirements into divisions, departments, and technology areas. The role will ensure that cyber security initiatives are organised, visible, and progressing in line with divisional and university priorities.

About you

• Experience in cyber security, information security, technology, risk, compliance, or project/support roles
• Good organisational skills and the ability to track multiple actions and priorities
• Understanding of cyber security, risk, governance, or control concepts
• Ability to work with different stakeholders and communicate clearly
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to follow through
• Relevant qualifications or certifications such as CISM, CISMP, Security+, ISO 27001 Foundation, or similar are desirable

Any ceridian security compliance practices or standard frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST CSF). The role is ideal for someone looking to build their cyber security, risk, and stakeholder management expertise in a practical delivery-focused environment.
