Job summary

CDW is hiring a Partner Manager to drive Cyber Security and Data Protection partnerships in London. You will shape go-to-market strategies, align teams, and grow revenue across key vendor relationships in a fast-growing tech environment.

You will collaborate with sales, technical, and partner stakeholders, building executive-level relationships to deliver scalable, profitable solutions while ensuring alignment with CDW’s objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in partner management, business development, or sales within IT, cyber security or data protection.
• Strong understanding of cyber security and data protection solutions and customer challenges.
• Experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies and business plans.
• Confident communicator with stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commercially driven with ability to translate technology into business value.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for cyber security and data protection partners and their go-to-market plans.
• Develop and own partner-led go-to-market plans aligned to customer challenges and CDW priorities.
• Drive revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities.
• Analyse market trends and competitive positioning to shape strategy and growth.
• Enable sales and pre-sales teams with training and clear partner messaging.
• Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders, including senior contacts.
• Lead joint business planning with partners, defining priorities and success metrics.
• Promote partner programs to maximise profitability and track KPIs against targets.
