Port of London Authority is seeking a proactive cyber security governance professional to translate requirements into clear actions and evidence. You will collaborate with IT, Navigation Systems and the wider business to gather evidence and keep improvement plans on track.

The role focuses on governance, documenting compliance, and coordinating responses to audits and CAF assessments. It offers an opportunity to develop in cyber security while supporting essential services on the River Thames.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in compliance, governance, assurance, audit, risk or quality management.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and sound judgement, with ability to ask questions and assess evidence.
• Ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
• Understanding of cyber security concepts and familiarity with CAF or ISO 27001.

Aufgaben

• Translate cyber security requirements into practical actions and evidence.
• Gather, organise and review evidence to demonstrate security controls are effective.
• Coordinate improvement plans, monitor deadlines and follow up actions.
• Keep policies, risk registers and compliance records accurate and up to date.
• Support audits and regulatory assessments by preparing evidence and coordinating responses.
• Produce clear progress reports and identify gaps to improve compliance management.
