Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking a proactive Change & Communications Specialist to support cyber security initiatives across the organisation, delivering change delivery support, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption activities.

You will craft engaging content (posters, infographics, newsletters, videos) and manage SharePoint assets, working with Cyber Champions and project teams in a fast-paced remote UK environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting change, communications, awareness, training, or employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, confident working with technical SMEs and business stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong content development and storytelling abilities.
• Creative mindset for developing engaging awareness materials (posters, infographics, videos, presentations).
• Practical knowledge of change management principles and approaches.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with strong attention to detail (a doer!).
• Experience using Microsoft 365 tools including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, and Copilot.
• Proficiency with Canva and video creation/editing tools to produce professional-quality multimedia content.
• Ability to gather and analyse stakeholder feedback and elevate adoption risks appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Lead change delivery support and stakeholder engagement for cyber initiatives.
• Coordinate readiness activities and user adoption efforts.
• Create engaging content to promote cyber-safe behaviours (posters, infographics, videos).
• Maintain communication assets and SharePoint content; draft and coordinate communications.
• Track change progress, gather feedback, and escalate adoption risks.
• Support Cyber Champions and local initiatives.
